7 April, 2015UN Secretary General’s Special Advisor on Cyprus Espen Barth Eide has arrived in Cyprus last night. President Derviş Eroğlu will receive Eide at 12.00 today. Eide is expected to meet with Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Anastasiades before meeting with Eroğlu. Today, Eide will make a press statement at UN Good Mission Office around old airport in the buffer zone. According to the statement of UN, Eide will continue his visits in Cyprus until 8 April, Wednesday in order to follow “encouraging indicators”. Eide will also meet with negotiators.
