27 October, 2015Judge Emine Dizdarli was officially appointed as Ombudswoman with 27 affirmative votes in the second round of voting in the General Assembly yesterday.
The Law, Political Affairs and Foreign Relations Committee Chairman, UBP Girne Deputy İzlem Gürçağ read the committee report and noted that the committee unanimously decided that Dizdarlı carries the required qualifications.
