Foreign Minister Ertuğruloğlu: “Recognition of TRNC may take time, but is inevitable”

Minister of Foreign Affairs Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu emphasized that the world is undergoing a period of transformation, stating, “The world is in a process of change and will eventually take on a new shape. In this new order, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will undoubtedly assume the place it deserves.”

Foreign Minister Ertuğruloğlu made these remarks while hosting delegation from the Hamburg Turkish Press Association, headed by Ahmet Durmuş, who visited the TRNC upon the invitation of the Foreign Press Association.

The meeting was also attended by the Ministry’s Director General Beniz Kaymak, the President of the Foreign Press Association Burhan Canbaz, and other delegation members.

During the meeting, Minister Ertuğruloğlu briefed the visiting journalists on the Cyprus issue and responded to their questions.
