The documentary “3 Children in the Arms, 27 Bullets in the Back”, aims to tell the world about the massacre of the wife of Major Nihat İlhan and his 3 children in the bathtub during the attacks launched by the militants of the EOKA terrorist organization against the Turkish Cypriots which passed into history as “Bloody Christmas”, was broadcasted on the TRNC state television BRT.

The name of the documentary was determined as “3 Children in the Arms, 27 Bullets in the Back” in reference to the 27 bullets that came out of the back of Mürüvvet İlhan and her children Murat, Kutsi and Hakan whose bodies were found in the bathtub in the massacre that went down in history as “Bathroom Massacre” or “Kumsal Massacre”.
