Özerdağ in Azerbaijan

President of the Supreme Court of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Bertan Özerdağ traveled to Azerbaijan yesterday at the invitation of the Judicial Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

His visit is in connection with the 3rd Meeting of the Presidents of the Judicial Councils of the Member and Observer States of the Organization of Turkic States and to hold a series of meetings.

Supreme Court Judge Gülden Çiftçioğlu is also accompanying Özerdağ during the visit.

Throughout their visit, the Supreme Court delegation is scheduled to hold meetings with senior officials from both the Republic of Azerbaijan and the member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States.

President Özerdağ will also represent the TRNC judiciary by delivering a keynote speech at the conference titled “Global Challenges in the Field of Judicial Administration”, which is being organized to mark the 20th anniversary of the Judicial Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
