24 December, 2018Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret Özersay issued a message of condolence in respect of the tsunami disaster in Indonesia.
Özersay said in his message ‘we received the tragic news with great sorrow of the tsunami disaster in Indonesia caused by the eruption of the Krakatoa volcano in the Sunda Strait. I wish on behalf of myself, my Ministry and our government that the mercy of Allah be upon those who lost their lives, and the speedy recovery of the injured and we convey our condolences to the brotherly people of Indonesia.
