22 April, 2019Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret Özersay, who paid a one-day visit to Ankara yesterday (18th April 2019), met with his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and evaluated the latest developments on the Cyprus issue.
In his statement from his Twitter account, Çavuşoğlu said: “We evaluated the stage reached regarding the Cyprus issue with TRNC Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret Özersay. We will continue our joint efforts for a solution model that meets the political equality and security concerns of the Turkish Cypriots.”
