30 October, 2023A parade was organized on Mehmet Akif Street within the scope of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Republic of Türkiye.
President Ersin Tatar, Speaker of the TRNC Assembly Zorlu Töre, the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Lefkoşa Metin Feyzioğlu, and the Commander of the Cyprus Turkish Security Forces Major General Osman Aytaç also participated in the parade at the event on Mehmet Akif Street in Dereboyu.
Following the speeches, the Security Forces Command Band took the stage, followed a performance by Gazimağusa Folk Dances team.
