21 December, 2016President Mustafa Akıncı issued a message regarding the armed attack on the Russian Ambassador to Ankara, Andrey Karlov.
In his message, President Akıncı stated that “I have learned with great sadness that Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov has lost his life in an armed attack. Whatever the purpose is, we condemn every kind of terror. I offer my condolences to the Russian people and Mr. Karlov’s family, and I share their grief.”
