President Tatar issues a message on the anniversary of Erenköy Resistance

President Ersin Tatar has issued a message on the 61^st anniversary of the Erenköy Resistance.

President Tatar stated that the Erenköy Resistance, which was a turning point in the struggle of the Turkish Cypriot people for freedom and existence, symbolizes the great sacrifice made by young people and Turkish Cypriot fighters.

Furthermore, Tatar pointed out that it is our duty to remember this struggle and to pass down it to future generations, commemorating the heroes who defended their homeland at the cost of their lives with respect and gratitude.
