7 December, 2018President Akıncı: “We have been struck with deep sorrow caused by the flood disaster and the consequent loss of life”
7 December, 2018Prime Minister Erhurman stressed that the flood disaster has caused great sorrow and loss of lives. Erhürman also stressed that the necessary precautions will be taken so that such a disaster in which there is a great loss of property will never be faced again.
The Prime Minister made evaluations in Ciklos, Lapta, and Dikmen and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret Özersay and Agriculture and Natural Resources Minister Erkut Şahali accompanied him.
Due to the flood disaster a crisis committee has been established and schools were closed yesterday and again today (6th and 7th December).
