Prime Minister Üstel: “TRNC aims to become a full member in OTS”

Prime Minister Ünal Üstel emphasized that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) aims to progress from observer status to full membership in the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

Speaking to Anadolu Agency (AA), Üstel highlighted the TRNC’s commitment to strengthen the relations with OTS member countries.

He noted that the TRNC’s observer status in the OTS was made possible through the strong support of the President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

He called on the Turkic world to stand by the TRNC.
