29 June, 2015President Mustafa Akıncı and Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Anastasiades have met again today to start substantial negotiations.
UN Secretary General’s Special Advisor for Cyprus Espen Barth Eide also attended the meeting today.
According to the statement of UNFICYP, Eide will help leaders to solve all substantial issues which could not be solved yet.
Eide will stay in the island until 2 July, Thursday and will hold various meetings with the concerned sides.
During his stay in the island, Eide will also lead the meeting of negotiators to be held after the meeting of the leaders.
