11 January, 2017Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım has made a statement regarding the negotiations between TRNC and the Greek Cypriot side. He said that:
“Some issues have been agreed, yet of course there are also some areas that Turkey is interested in. A fair and equal system of governance must be guaranteed on the island. Trust in each other’s societies is not enough. Everything must be agreed, in light of painful experiences in the past.”
