TRNC represented by Oktay Öksüzoğlu at Council of Elders Meeting

The 18^th Meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Baku under the Chairmanship of Binali Yıldırım, Chair of the OTS Council of Elders.

Representing the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Oktay Öksüzoğlu reaffirmed in his address that the TRNC forms an integral part of the Turkic World and continues to contribute actively to the organisation in cultural, academic and spiritual fields.

Ambassador Ufuk Turganer, the TRNC Representative to Baku, and Third Secretary Görkem Reis also attended the meeting, which gathered elders from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
