22 February, 2017Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu arrived in the TRNC for a working visit yesterday.
Çavuşoğlu, who was welcomed by Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu at Ercan Airport, commented on his visit on social media and stated that they will exchange views on the efforts towards a comprehensive solution in Cyprus.
During his stay, Çavuşoğlu will also be received by President Mustafa Akıncı, Speaker of the Assembly Sibel Siber, and Prime Minister Hüseyin Özgürgün. Çavuşoğlu will also attend an evaluation meeting at the Presidency alongside political party leaders.
