President Erhürman presents assessment of his first 100 days in office

The United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Cyprus and Head of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP), Khassim Diagne, paid a visit to the Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf).
During the visit, Diagne met with the Director General of the Cyprus Foundations Administration, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, and the Head of Religious Affairs, Hakan Moral.
He was accompanied by UNFICYP Senior Adviser Aderemi Adeyoka and Special Assistant Sharon Wiharta.
The meeting focused on the preservation of Cyprus multicultural and multi-faith character, the protection and promotion of cultural and religious heritage, the reopening of the Binatlı Mosque in South Cyprus for worship, a visit to the Hala Sultan Tekke in Larnaca, inter-institutional cooperation, and the historical role and significance of the Cyprus Foundations Administration.
