Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in his visit to Kuwait has underlined that the observer status of the TRNC in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)should continue.

According to the AA news agency, within the framework of his Kuwait contacts Minister Cavusoglu had a joint press conference with his counterpart  Şeyh Sabah el-Halides-Sabah. . In his speech at the press conference, Çavuşoğlu said “ Continuation of the TRNC’s observer status in the OIC is very important. I have discussed this issue with Es-Sabah”.
