22 December, 2022According to the statement issued by the TRNC Presidency, President Ersin Tatar celebrated the public holiday of the members of the Jewish faith living in the TRNC due to Hanukkah Feast, and drew attention to the fact that every individual in the country has the freedom of conscience, religious belief and conviction.
Stating that members of the Jewish faith exist in the cultural mosaic of the country, in a sense of mutual understanding and brotherhood with other ethnic and religious groups, President Tatar emphasized that differences are a richness for the country.
President Tatar wished Hanukkah Feast to bring peace and well-being to all Jews living in the TRNC and the world.
