President Ersin Tatar attended the dinner, hosted by the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, in honor of the heads of state and government following the 11th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

Along with President Tatar, the dinner at the Presidential Palace was attended by President of the Republic of the Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban, and Ambassador Kubanıçbek Ömüraliyev, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and ministers of the guest countries.
