A ceremony was held to mark the 51st anniversary of the liberation of Serdarlıfrom Greek Cypriot attacks.
Speaker of the TRNC Assembly Ziya Öztürkler, along with Mayor of Serdarlı‐Geçitkale Halil Kasım, delivered speeches at the ceremony.
Öztürkler extended his congratulations to Serdarlı and the surrounding villages on the 51st anniversary of their liberation, achieved through the Second Phase of the Cyprus Peace Operation.
