31 March, 2015Six universities in the TRNC came together and founded the Universities Association for moving the vision of higher education forward, taking on assignments at international receptions and for the purpose of solving the problems of universities.
Association and board set by Cyprus International University (CIU), Kyrenia American University (GAU), Mediterranean Karpas University (AKÜ), British Nicosia University (BNÜ), Cyprus American University (KAU) and Metropolitan University (MU) was introduced at a press conference yesterday.
In the speech he made at the meeting Serhat Akpınar expressed that this is an historic day in the higher education of the country and expressed that 6 universities that came together are undertaking duty as the primary founders of the Association.
